One record per machine

Service and repair history
Log oil changes, filter replacements, blade sharpening, belt and chain work, tire pressure, greasing, winterizing, and repairs as they happen. Each entry can carry the date, cost, vendor, parts used, hours or mileage, time spent, and notes about what you actually found.

Maintenance reminders and service intervals

Parts, fuel, and supplies on hand
Filters, belts, blades, spark plugs, bar oil, hydraulic fluid, and fuel can be tracked as inventory with quantities, storage locations, and low-stock visibility, so a Saturday repair does not stall on a missing part.

Warranties and costs
Record warranty end dates and review them on the Warranty Countdown report, which separates expired coverage from what expires soon and what expires later. Knowing a mower is still covered changes whether you fix it yourself.
The Cost Summary report totals repairs, service spending, and tracked item value so a repair-or-replace conversation can start from your own numbers instead of a guess.

Printable QR labels let you scan a tag on a mower, pump, generator, or gate and open its record where the work is happening. That removes the step most likely to break a maintenance habit: finding the right record before you can log anything.
